Possible Peeping Tom

A Bismarck mom told police she thinks someone tried to take a picture of her seven year-old daughter, after the girl had taken a shower. Police say it happened around 6:30 yesterday morning on the 1400 block of North 21st Street.

The mom says she saw the bill of a baseball cap and a cell phone in the window of the girl`s bedroom, where the curtain was open about six inches. She says the phone was so close she could read the time on the screen.

They weren`t able to find anyone outside.
