Reaction to Third Presidential Debate | Video

Rene Thibault | 10/23/2012

The third and final 2012 Presidential Debate was last night. Challenger Mitt Romney met President Barack Obama at Lynn University in Florida for their debate on foreign policy. The third debate was more civil than the second thanks to a more formal, sit-down format. It was a final chance for Obama and Romney to sway undecided voters through their foreign policy plans, which are similar.

However, they did take every chance to show their differences.

“It was interesting how there was a lot more similarities in terms of geo-policy, but yet, they used every chance they could to illustrate their differences domestically, and tie that back in domestically,” said Jynette Larshus, a Professor in Minot State’s Sociology Department.

Romney and Obama have only two weeks to find out who will walk away with the next Presidential term.
