The individual whose name appears on this notification has been convicted of a crime against a child or an attempted crime against a child, or has pleaded guilty to a sexual offense. In accordance with North Dakota State Law this individual must register as a sexual offender or an offender against children.

The offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community.

Information Narrative: Mr. Stenerson is a lifetime high risk offender due to a conviction`s of Indecent Exposure on April 11, 1977 in Tacoma, Washington, on August 18, 1998, December 3, 1998 and January 24, 2005 in Walsh County District Court. There is no information on the Tacoma conviction, the Walsh County convictions all involved Mr. Stenerson masturbating in front of minors and exposing himself in a store. He was recently released from incarceration for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
