We have an obligation to you, our viewers, to provide you with the information that you need to know in order to make informed decisions when you go to the polls on November 6. Toward that end, we`ve invited the candidates of some of the key races to join us on set to air their views.

Joining us tonight is Kevin Cramer, who is running against Pam Gulleson for the open U.S. House seat. Our format will be to have Mr. Cramer address you first. We`ll take a break and then come back for some question and answer.
