Information Narrative: Mr. Walker is an unclassified offender in North Dakota, but a high risk offender in Montana due to a conviction of Sexual Intercourse without consent on May 5, 2003 in Ravalli County District Court, Montana. Mr. Walker attempted to have sexual intercourse with his 8 year old nephew. He recently moved to his new address.
