Decorating for Halloween | Video

Young kids aren`t the only ones who get into the Halloween spirit. Take, for example, this house on Aster Lane in north Bismarck, where just about every animated Halloween decoration imaginable is on display.

The mad scientist behind the project, who is 16 years old, was out getting things ready earlier on Wednesday.
