Travel Alert Extended

A Travel Alert has been extended to include western and south central regions of North Dakota. The extended Travel Alert, from North Dakota Department of Transportation and the North Dakota Highway Patrol, includes all areas of western North Dakota and the south central region of the state due to areas of freezing rain causing icy road conditions.

This Travel Alert includes areas surrounding the cities of Williston, Dickinson and west of Bismarck-Mandan.

An earlier Travel Alert was issued the northwest region of the state due to areas of scattered ice. Which includes areas surrounding the cities of Williston, Watford City, New Town, Crosby, Bowbells and Stanley.
