Heitkamp Announces Chief of Staff | Video

U.S. Senator-elect Heidi Heitkamp has named her Chief of Staff. North Dakota native Tessa Gould will be working for Heitkamp in her Washington D.C. office. Gould managed Heitkamp`s campaign for the Senate.

She has also worked with former North Dakota Congressman Earl Pomeroy and former Senator Byron Dorgan.
