NDHFA Looking for Funding for HIF Projects
The North Dakota Housing Finance agency is looking to raise over four million dollars to fund projects under its Housing Incentive Fund. NDHFA committed $15 million to the fund for 26 projects, but only has enough to fund 16 of those. They say that they need to raise $4.4 million by the end of the year.
The HIF doesn`t receive funds from the state, but is funded by contributions from individuals and businesses. More information can be found at www.ndhousingincentivefund.org
