NDHFA Looking for Funding for HIF Projects

| 11/14/2012

The North Dakota Housing Finance agency is looking to raise over four million dollars to fund projects under its Housing Incentive Fund. NDHFA committed $15 million to the fund for 26 projects, but only has enough to fund 16 of those. They say that they need to raise $4.4 million by the end of the year.

The HIF doesn`t receive funds from the state, but is funded by contributions from individuals and businesses. More information can be found at www.ndhousingincentivefund.org.
