The individual whose name appears on this notification has been convicted of a crime against a child or an attempted crime against a child, or has pleaded guilty to a sexual offense. In accordance with North Dakota State Law this individual must register as a sexual offender or an offender against children.

The offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community.

Information Narrative: Mr. Woodard was convicted of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Attempted Sexual Assault of a Child in Jefferson County Court, Colorado, on 02/2005. His victims were a 15 year old female for the Contributing and a 12 year old female for the Attempted Sexual Assault. As a result of that conviction, Mr. Woodard is required to register as an offender. Mr. Woodard has not been assigned a risk level at this time.
