Bismarck Siblings Build Giant Snowman | Video

Joel Porter | 11/19/2012

A brother and sister in Bismarck teamed up to build a giant snowman in their front yard on Monday afternoon. Jacob and Rachel Leno rolled out a nearly 10 foot-tall snowman in just two hours. The siblings, who are both in their early 20s, say they decided to build the snowman as a fun project. Rachel says she affectionately named the snowman Garth. It has tree branch arms, potatoes for eyes, a bucket for a hat and a carrot nose. The Lenos used snow from their front yard to build the snowman, but they admit it`s disappearing quickly.

"I kind of am actually. I`m kind of going to miss him. It`s going to be a sad day when he melts," Rachel said.

Unfortunately, the siblings say with temps potentially reaching the 50s this week, Garth might get a little smaller before Christmas.
