Downtown Turkey Crawl | Video

Joel Porter | 11/24/2012

People in Bismarck are extending their Thanksgiving holiday by a couple days. On Saturday afternoon, dozens of people signed up for the fourth annual
Downtown Turkey Crawl.

The thirsty bar-goers pick up a mug and a passport that they bring to seven bars in the downtown area. Some of the spots along the crawl include Reza`s Pitch, the Ground Round, Buffalo Wild Wings and Fiesta Villa.

"It`s a nice event for families to get together or friends during the holiday. The fact that its right around the downtown area, they are within walking distance that way nobody has to drive," said Reza`s Pitch owner Reza Kamranian.

"I heard about it on the radio and the McQuade Webpage and its just a great time to drink some beers with some friends," Turkey crawler Tiffany Kroh said.

Once people collect all seven stamps, they turn in their passports for a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas.
