Berg Delivers Farewell Remarks

Congressman Rick Berg delivered his farewell remarks today on the floor of the House of Representatives.

"I want to express my deepest gratitude for giving me the opportunity to be North Dakota`s voice in the United States House of Representatives for the past two years," he said. "Serving the people of North Dakota in Congress was the experience of a lifetime and it is something that I will always look back on with pride and appreciation. I am not sure what lies ahead but I`ll say this, it`s going to be great spending much more time back home in the great state of North Dakota."

He also talked about setting aside partisan politics.

Berg has been North Dakota`s representative since 2011.
