ND Soldiers Killed in Afghanistan

Two North Dakota soldiers have been killed by an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan. A third soldier was injured. It happened yesterday in the southern part of the country. Sources tell NBC North Dakota News one of the soldiers who was killed was from Bismarck, and the other from Devils Lake.

There are about 120 North Dakota National Guard Airmen and Soldiers currently deployed. Ninety-five of them are in Afghanistan with the 818th Engineer Company.
