North Dakota`s oil boom is affecting every aspect of life here in the state, including the real estate industry. And for the next two days, that is the topic of discussion at the Bakken Investor Connection.

The meeting, held at the Sleep Inn, is a chance for people in the real estate industry to come together, network, and connect on a more frequent basis. Participating companies will share their current Bakken-related real estate projects and discuss future plans. The goal is to create an atmosphere where companies can meet with potential customers to get business done. It`s all about keeping business owners informed to make the best decisions for their companies, “Part of the conference is a market update. It gives them the latest information on the recent developments in the oil and gas industry. What`s been going on this last year, kind of an outlook for 2013. And it helps them understand changes in the marketplace, what`s going on so they can make better decisions”, said Jeff Zarling of the Dawa Solutions Group.
