Escaped Patient Arrested After Stealing Car | Video

Bismarck police officers arrested a man who they say escaped from the state hospital in Jamestown. Police say the man escaped on Friday, stole a car and drove it to Bismarck.

On Sunday evening, a Bismarck patrol officer discovered the car parked on Thayer Avenue. They then followed tracks in the snow to a mobile home at 2520 East Broadway avenue.

The man was apprehended and returned to Jamestown.
