Main Street Minute: La Di Da | Video

Katie DeLorme discovered her passion for business when she opened "La Di Da" a unique boutique in the heart of Downtown Minot.

"I think the idea to move here was really set by me missing my family and wanted to be back in the small town," she said.

Four years later, small town charm is exactly what she got, but it took her moving away from Minot to realize what she really wanted all along was right on Main Street.

"This is where all of the fun happens and it`s just kinda a fun little boutique here in downtown surrounded by all these great businesses."

DeLorme says personal connections are what drives her business.

"When you are owning your own business. You really just have ti get to know your customer base. Your just have to to get real personal with them and just have a lot of fun like do something different have fun."

She says it`s hard work, but in the end, the customer`s connections make the work rewarding.

La Di Da offers a range of products that are collected from unique artists and vendors.
