Fong says that e-filing is one of the best options to file your returns. "E-file remains the fastest method to file. And this year, with the delay and the potential back-log at the federal level, taxpayers who use e-file will experience faster results."
Because of tax law changes, the IRS announced that it would begin processing returns on January 30. Eight days later than their original start date.
