Attorney General Issues Cease and Desist Order Against Building Companies

North Dakota`s Attorney General issued a cease and desist order today against two people and their buisnesses. Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem issued the order against George Donald Nelson III and Karla Ann Nelson, doing business as Baron Buildings, LLC, and AG Pro Buildings, LLC, for violations of consumer fraud laws and for providing contractor services without a license.

According to the Attorney General`s office, the Nelsons took money from consumers in at least nine counties. People who paid them money can submit a complaint at www.ag.nd.gov or contact the Consumer Protection Division at 701-328-3404.
