Kalmio Trial Day Two

This morning was day two of the Omar Kalmio murder trial in Minot. Kalmio is charged with murdering four people, Sabrina Zephier, her brother, her mother and her mother`s boyfriend.

This morning Bureau of Criminal Investigation agent Michael Marucs was questioned, he also described what happened. He explained a nine millimeter handgun was used and whether or not a silencer was used.

Sabrina Zephier`s sister, Terri, was also called to the stand. Terri explained that their mother was involved with drugs, but not enough to where it would harm the family.

Terri also mentioned that her sister talked about being physically abused by Kalmio.
