Arrest Warrants Issued for Two Unlicensed Contractors

North Dakota’s Attorney General has obtained arrest warrants for two unlicensed out of state contractors. Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem requested the warrants for Kevin Parkin and Clint Petersen, both from Salt Lake City, Utah.

According to the Attorney General’s office, the two contractors failed to respond to inquiries about their contracting activity on North Dakota.
An investigation into the contractors began after a worker died in an accident at a home construction site in 2011.

Parkin was doing business as Mill Creek Construction and Minute Man Equipment, LLC. Petersen was doing business as C.R. Petersen.

A third contractor at the site cooperated with the investigation, was charged a penalty and agreed to not do business again in North Dakota.
