River Road Reduced to One Lane

Starting Wednesday morning, a section of River Road in Bismarck will be reduced to one-lane of traffic. The closure will take place under the BNSF railroad bridge from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The lane will be closed so crews can work on the bridge.
