Horses Up for Adoption

A judge has ruled that starving and neglected horses seized by Burleigh and Morton Counties won`t be returned to Bill Kiefer. Instead, the counties can sell them or put them up for adoption.

Morton County Sheriff Dave Shipman says he is working with Triple H Miniature Horse rescue to make sure the horses that are adopted out go to a good place.
