Tanker Explosion on Highway 85 | Video

A tanker truck exploded this afternoon on Highway 85 between Williston and Watford City. It happened just south of Alexander at around 2:30.

The McKenzie County Sheriff`s Department says it doesn`t have any information, but witnesses saw a hole in the tanker portion of the truck, with a thick cloud of smoke coming out.

We`ll have more information as it becomes available.
