Bismarck Man Arrested for Luring Minors by Computer

Bismarck police arrested a man last night who they say used a social networking site to plan a sexual encounter with someone he believed to be a 14 year old girl. The 39 year old Bismarck man began chatting on Tuesday with an undercover officer posing as the girl.

Then, he began talking about meeting up to have sex, and planned an encounter in south Bismarck. Instead of meeting the girl, he met officers who arrested him on a charge of luring minors by computer, a class B felony.

He`s expected to be seen in court this afternoon.
