Conlin`s Furniture has been selling sofas, chairs, bedroom sets and more for the past 75 years. It`s been in Bismarck for 50 of those years, and have moved locations a few times as the store needed to grow. Ever since it moved into its current location on East Broadway Avenue in 2005, managers knew they would still need more space. And now, they have it after an expansion that will almost double the size of the store.

"We had a smaller space here. We owned this building already when we decided to move here and we just didn`t feel we had enough square footage to handle what we were carrying as well as adding the lines we wanted to add, we had to have more space," said store manager Ethan Baggett

Baggett says business was good enough to do the expansion earlier than originally planned. He says the extra space will allow the offering of more choices and selection for customers.

Terry`s Health Products in Bismarck is also growing. It`s moved to a new location not far from their old one. It`s just across the parking lot at 717 East Main Avenue. The store offers vitamins, supplements, herbs, organic foods, and foods free of additives and certain ingredients.
