Lawmakers Enjoy Crossover | Video

They`ve been working hard for weeks, and now lawmakers are enjoying a few days away from the state capitol during crossover. Many legislators are using the break to travel or visit family.

Representative Naomi Muscha from Enderlin says she`s heading to Thief River Falls to visit her four-month-old twin grandchildren. She says she hasn`t seen them since they were two months old, and thinks they`ve changed a lot. She`s also looking forward to doing some cooking.

"Definitely relaxing. Actually get to cook something. Bake some bread. Things like that."

Muscha is a freshman legislator, so this is her first crossover experience. She says the session, so far, has been very interesting.
