Bismarck Man Sentenced on Child Pornography Charge

A Bismarck man will serve 10 years in prison for distributing child pornography. Rodney Milner, 52, was sentenced Friday to 10 years in federal prison to be followed by 10 years of supervised release.

Milner pleaded guilty to using his computer to send images of child pornography from an unknown time up until September of 2011.

In addition, Milner will have to pay a $100 special assessment to the Crime Victim’s Fund.
