Fatal Crash in Bismarck | Video

Bismarck police are investigating an early-morning crash that left one person dead. Police say there were no witnesses to the crash, which happened at 21st and Thayer shortly after 4:00 a.m.

A man had driven in the area a few minutes before the crash, and noticed a vehicle in the parking lot of Lucky’s Bar with the dome light on. A few minutes later, he drove by the area again, and saw the car had crashed into a lightpole at the intersection.

Police say the driver, a 42-year-old woman, was dead. They`re trying to figure out what happened.
