No Travel Advisory Extended to NE North Dakota, ND 13 Open

| 3/18/2013

The North Dakota Department of Transportation and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have extended their No Travel Advisory to the northeast part of the state. The No Travel Advisory includes Grand Forks, Drayton and surrounding areas because of high winds causing blowing snow, areas of near zero visibility, scattered snow drifts, compacted snow and continuous ice on roadways.

No Travel Advisory is still in effect for Wahpeton, Jamestown, Valley City, Fargo, Devils Lake, Rolla, Langdon, and surrounding areas.

ND Highway 13 from I-29 to Wahpeton is now open.

A Travel Alert is also in effect for Williston, Minot, McClusky, Steele and surrounding areas.

For road conditions, dial 511 or visit www.dot.nd.gov.
