Williston Shooting Suspect Arrested in Montana

The man wanted for shooting and killing another man in Williston over the weekend has been arrested in Billings, Montana. Yellowstone County Sheriff`s Deputies say they arrested Jonathan Horvath without incident just after 1:00 Monday afternoon.

Deputies say Horvath was staying at a mobile home.

He`s accused of killing Derrick Spiegel, 28, of Williston early Saturday morning outside a downtown night club.
