"We try to welcome everybody that comes through our door with a cup of coffee and offer to help them. We pride ourselves on personal customer service."
According to a recent American Consumer Satisfaction Index, large retailers ranked pretty poorly when it came to keeping the customer happy.
"People are just rude cause they hate their job. And, they don`t want to come back to your table when they are waiting on you. And, so a lot of people lose business cause nobody wants to go back to a place that they are not getting served," said Chris Senff.
According to the ACS Index, Sears, CVS and Walmart were at the top of the list when it came to poor customer service.
"If you added up all of your time sitting in the lines at Walmart, you would have a couple of years back just from sitting there and waiting and waiting. It gets old," said Senff.
Walmart declined to comment on camera but did release this statement:
"We survey more than half a million customers every month and they are telling us they are pleased with their shopping experience," said Molly Philhours, Walmart spokesperson.
