818th Back in North Dakota This Week

The North Dakota National Guard says the 818th Engineer Company will be back in North Dakota this week. The soldiers will land in Bismarck at around 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 22.

The unit returned to the U.S. on March 12 and was in Texas for demobilization.

Two soldiers, Sgt. 1st Class Darren Linde and Spc. Tyler Orgaard, were killed during the mission. A third soldier, Spc. Ian Placek, was wounded.
