I am a Mac user and I can't watch your videos
You need a plug-in in order to watch a Windows Media Player file. One of your choices is called "Flip 4 Mac", which is a free download. Do a simple Google search for "flip 4 mac". One of the top search results will be from telestream.net. This plug-in has worked with many of our Mac users.

Same news video keeps on playing even after I clicked on a new News Story
This is a simple web browser setting change.
In your web browser, you want to go to TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS.
There should be a GENERAL tab at the top. On that tab, there should be a BROWSING HISTORY section with two buttons, DELETE and SETTINGS. Click on SETTINGS.
A new window should pop up. There should be 4 radio (round) buttons under a heading "Check for newer versions of stored pages:" The one you want marked is EVERY TIME I VISIT THE WEBPAGE. (this is not a security setting, so it will do no harm to your computer)
Click OK on this window.
Then click OK on the other window.
Close out of your browser and try it again.
