Catholic Foundation Will Benefit Catholic Diocese

Posted: Updated:

The Bismarck Catholic Diocese has plenty of responsibilities, needs, and goals. And it takes money to meet them all.

Bishop David Kagan announced the creation of a foundation to which people can contribute.  The money would go towards schools, parishes and other catholic agencies.

The director of the new foundation says generous supporters make it all possible.

"The transfer of values is just as important to them as their transfer of wealth to their heirs, even more so in some cases. And that is encouraging. Insuring our faith for future generations is our goal with the Catholic Foundation," says Catholic Foundation executive director Mike Kiedrowski.

Kiedrowski has more than 20 years of experience in fund development and administration of Catholic entities.
