Stand-up comedian Dustin Diamond is coming live to Dakota Stage. You might remember him as Screech Powers on the 80's sitcom "Saved by the Bell." But, he's not the high school nerd you're used to seeing. He's completely transformed his persona and is now an internationally touring comic. Organizers say this show is for adults only as his subject matter is definitely not kid-friendly.
"He was the token nerd on the show, and he's grown up into this bad boy raunchy comic. So if you've got any love of 80's television or great stand-up and a really dark sense of humor, come check out Dustin Diamond on the 15th. It is for adults-only. It's a very grown-up subject matter," says director Amber Rae Bernhardt, Dakota Stage LTD.
He'll be performing on Thursday, August 15th. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15 and available at the box office. For more information, visit their website.
