Main Street Minute: Professional Hearing Services

Posted: Updated:

One of the rules in business is always keeping your customers happy. Well, that's something the Professional Hearing Services in Minot knows all too well. That's because they've been successful in the community for over 30 years. In order to add another 30 years, sometimes owners add new ideas to meet the needs of their clients. For example, the Professional Hearing Services offers education courses.

"Not only the patients, but also maybe a significant other person, so they can understand more about the hearing aids, about what it's like to have hearing loss," says owner and audiologist Andrea Larson,  Professional Hearing Services.

One of the cool things about this particular business is that the employees will drive out to their patients for those who can't make the trip to Minot.

"We do travel to several different communities once a month. All of us have our own towns that we go out to," says Larson.

Whether it's in the office or on the road, The Professional Hearing Services will help you find the perfect fit for whatever type of service you need.

In addition to Minot, Professional Hearing Services also has an office in Williston. And, when they're traveling, employees will stop at locations in Rugby, Harvey, Garrison, Crosby, Bottineau and Stanley.
