Multiple Break-ins In Bismarck

Posted: Updated:

Bismarck police are urging all residents to lock their doors after two reports were received this morning about an intruder coming in to an occupied residence.

The first break in happened around 530 this morning near the 700 block of north 21st street. The female resident woke up and found a man in her bed. The intruder ran out of the house, and the police were called.

About an hour earlier, a 20 year old male, who lives near the 700 block, also told police that he saw a man trying to look through his bedroom window.
The intruder is described to be a white male with a brown scruffy beard wearing a neon green sweatshirt.

The second break in happened around 715 this morning when a Bismarck woman was going to pick up her sister at 407 west century.

She came in to the apartment through a sliding glass door that had been unlocked and when she came inside she saw a man leaving her sister's bedroom. When she asked the man what he was doing he ran out one of the doors. He is described as a white male, 5'8" to 5'10" in height, 25 to 30 years old with a scruffy beard, wearing a grey or black hoodie.

No one was injured at any of these incidents, but if you have any information at all, please call the Bismarck PD at, 701-223-1212.
