Bismarck Residents Face Felony Drug Charges

Two Bismarck residents face felony drug charges after police found drugs and drug paraphernalia in their apartment.

Alexander Smith, 22, and Stephanie Schilingo, 21, were arrested on Sunday night after police responded to a complaint of a marijuana odor.  A search warrant resulted in the discovery of  cocaine and prescription drugs. Officers also found two marijuana pipes, a meth pipe, pay/owe sheets and a digital scale.

Smith and Schilingo face several felony drug charges, including possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. It is Smith's third offense, and he faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 20 years.

Smith is held on $15,000 cash bond and Schilingo on $10,000 cash bond.
