Gun Discharges in Bismarck Airport

Posted: Updated:

A shotgun was accidentally fired yesterday afternoon at the Bismarck airport. Bismarck police say a 65-year-old Utah man took his shotgun from his wife and then kneeled down inside the ticket doors to disarm the gun. The gun discharged and hit the lower corner of a wall causing $1,000 to $2,000 worth of damage.

No charges were filed and the man agreed to pay for the damage.

No one was hurt.
