Posted: Updated:

On October 30th, the Minot Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks at a number of local establishments licensed to serve beer, wine, and/or liquor. A total of 28 establishments were checked, and out of those 28, five businesses were found in non-compliance with local and state laws regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages or allowing people under the age of 21 to be in licensed liquor establishments.

The businesses found not in compliance face potential administrative sanctions against their beer, wine, or liquor license. A warrant is also being sought for the individual server for Delivery of Alcoholic Beverages to Persons under 21 years of age, which is a class A misdemeanor offense.
