I am taking on this challenge to better myself as a whole and become healthier. For the last three years I have been making goals towards being a happier, more positive, feel good person. The first year was centered on eating. I found that my arthritis has thanked me already for that decision! The following year I worked on exercise while continuing to eat right. I have always hated the gym because of the fear of being judged by others as an overweight person. What I've learned is that people don't care what you look like for the most part and are happy you're there for the same reasons they are; to be fit! This past year, I have made many improvements however I find myself doing the same routines which tends to get old. Also, I find myself eating too little during the day and overeating in the evening. My hopes are that this challenge will push me to try new things and to work harder at becoming my best. Someday, I hope to be able to walk or run a marathon!
