Police Ask For Public's Help in Investigation

Bismarck police ask for the public's help in an aggravated assault investigation.

On Saturday, January 25, around 7:30 p.m. police found Christopher Williamson, 34, severely beaten by the railroad tracks of 2500 block of Railroad Avenue. He remains in Intensive Care.

Police say that Williamson, a homeless man from California, was walking the tracks by 26th Street with an unknown person. Both the victim and the other person were wearing winter Carhartt style coveralls. Reports say the two walked for about a half hour before Williamson was found.

Williamson is from California, but was homeless in Bismarck.

Anyone with information about the person he was walking with should call 701-223-1212.
