The Minnesota Vikings stumbled across the finish line last season with a 5-10-1 record. Leslie Frazier was fired and purple and gold was still in search of a quarterback.
Since then new head coach Mike Zimmer and his staff have taken over and new faces like Teddy Bridgewater have been brought in coach Zimmer likes the competition heading into preseason.
"What guys do what best and how we can use them, and who is the best guy. I think the competition makes us all better," says head coach Mike Zimmer.
"I'm feeling pretty good. I'm excited to be in this offense. As a hole and what coach Turner brings is pretty amazing. We are able to digest everything as a group, and I think it's going to be fun," says Vikings' RB Adrian Peterson.
The Organized Team Activities will resume tomorrow for the Vikings. Their season opener is Sunday September 7 in St. Louis.
