Community Grieves After Student's Death

A community is banding together tonight. After nearly two months of searching, NDSCS student Andrew Sadek's body was found in the Red River. 

His body was discovered Friday morning, but the Wilkin County Sheriff's Office said it was in terrible shape, making it difficult to identify. UND's Pathology Department ID'd it using dental records. 

And today, Valley News team's Christina Craig reached out to Sadek's friends - after many months of unanswered questions, they're thankful Sadek's body has returned home, but also grieving the loss of a good friend.

"It's going to be hard going on knowing that you're not going to see that smile again, or hear his jokes or hear his laugh. It's going to be kind of a missing piece," says Sadek's friend Justin Rippentrop.
