Police Arrest Woman for Driving Under the Influence

A Bismarck women went on a high speed rampage through town last night, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage.

Police say the 22-year-old woman had a one-year-old baby on her lap and two other children, ages four and two in the back of her SUV with no restraints.

The woman hit three cars and a chain link fence before being arrested on East Bismarck Expressway around 8:30 p.m. When officers arrived at her vehicle, she appeared to be under the influence.

A drug dog was brought in and both marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia were found.

The woman faces numerous charges including a DUI with a minor present, child neglect and reckless endangerment. It's unknown at this time if anyone was injured in this incident.
